Who operates Auren
AUREN SUPPLIES LTD, trading as Auren Labs, is registered in England and Wales under company number 17417818. Registered office: 18 Westerly Way, Spalding, United Kingdom, PE11 3FH.
In these terms, “Auren”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AUREN SUPPLIES LTD. “You” means the website visitor or customer. Contact: support@aurenlabs.co.uk.
Age and customer eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the store or place an order. Research materials may be purchased only by people with the knowledge, facilities and authority needed to receive, store and handle them lawfully in an appropriate laboratory setting.
We may request reasonable information about the purchaser, organisation, intended research setting or delivery address before accepting an order.
Research use only
Every peptide or research compound offered by Auren is supplied solely as a laboratory reference material for in-vitro research. It is not a medicine, medical device, food, food supplement, cosmetic or veterinary product and is not licensed for human or animal use.
- No product is supplied for consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or clinical use.

- Auren does not provide dosing, administration, cycle, treatment or outcome guidance.
- We may refuse or cancel any order where communication or conduct suggests a prohibited use.

Products Auren does not supply
Auren does not stock or supply GLP-1 receptor agonists. This includes Retatrutide, Tirzepatide and Semaglutide. We also do not supply branded prescription medicines, pre-filled injection pens or finished pharmaceutical preparations.
Orders, availability and prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include any UK taxes that are legally chargeable unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. The item total and delivery charge shown at checkout are the amounts payable for that order. An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted only after payment is confirmed and we issue an order-confirmation email.
Before payment, the checkout shows the seller identity, ordered items, total price, delivery method, these Terms and the Research Use Only Policy. The confirmation email provides a durable summary of the contract and links to the version-controlled policies.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because of stock availability, an incorrect price, suspected fraud, a research-use concern, an address problem or another lawful operational reason. If payment has already been received, the cancelled amount will be refunded.
Promotional and multi-vial savings apply only on the terms shown at the time of ordering and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Fena Pay by Bank
Auren accepts payment through Fena Pay by Bank. You select your bank and approve the payment using your bank’s own app or online service. Auren receives payment status and transaction information needed to reconcile the order; we do not receive or store your online-banking password, PIN or security credentials.
An order is not paid until the gateway reports successful authorisation. More detail appears in our Payment Information.
Dispatch and delivery
Paid orders confirmed before 3pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day; later, weekend and public-holiday orders are normally dispatched the next working day.
Same-day dispatch may not be possible during promotions, unusually high order volumes, stock or address checks, security reviews, severe weather, carrier disruption or other events outside our reasonable control.

Both services include tracking to the delivery point. Delivery aims are not guaranteed arrival dates. Some postcodes and periods of disruption may take longer.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
Auren offers no discretionary, goodwill or exchange returns after dispatch. Where the law gives a consumer a distance-selling cancellation right, that right still applies and cannot be removed by these terms. A sealed-goods exemption is relied on only where the particular item is genuinely not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken after delivery.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain covered by statutory rights. The notice periods, process, return-cost rules and model cancellation form appear in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Product and batch information
Product names, supplied quantities, identifiers and document status are provided to identify the listed laboratory material. Batch-specific identity, purity or test results are claimed only when a verified report for the relevant released lot is published. A missing or pending report is not evidence of a particular result.
You are responsible for reviewing available product and batch information before ordering and for determining suitability for your lawful in-vitro work.
Website use and intellectual property
You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or send prohibited human-use claims in messages.
The Auren name, wordmark, site design, original photographs, product presentation and written content are owned by or licensed to AUREN SUPPLIES LTD. Personal viewing is permitted; commercial copying, republication or distribution requires prior written permission.
Liability and statutory protections
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing limits a consumer’s statutory rights.
Subject to those protections, Auren is not responsible for losses caused by prohibited use, unsuitable storage or handling after delivery, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Send a complaint to support@aurenlabs.co.uk with the order number, a concise description and the outcome requested. We will acknowledge it promptly and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days. If an investigation needs longer, we will explain why and give an updated timescale.
Nothing in this process prevents a consumer from using any court or statutory remedy available to them. Auren does not currently subscribe to a specific alternative dispute-resolution body.
Changes, severability and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date. The version shown when an order is placed applies to that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory local consumer protections and may use the courts available to them under applicable law.
