Scope of this policy
This policy applies to every peptide, research compound and associated laboratory material sold by AUREN SUPPLIES LTD through Auren Labs. It applies before purchase, during order review and after delivery.
What the products are—and are not
Auren research compounds are offered as chemical reference materials for controlled in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not medicines, licensed pharmaceutical products, medical devices, foods, food supplements, cosmetics or veterinary products.
No website statement, product name, identifier, image or document should be understood as a representation that a material is safe, effective or suitable for administration to a person or animal.
Permitted research setting
Orders are accepted only for lawful analytical, reference or in-vitro laboratory work conducted by appropriately qualified adults with suitable facilities, equipment, risk controls and disposal arrangements.
The purchaser is responsible for carrying out a suitable risk assessment, reviewing available records and complying with all laws, institutional rules and safety requirements that apply to their work.
Prohibited purposes
- Human or animal consumption or administration.
- Therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, cosmetic or clinical use.
- Use as an active ingredient in a medicine, supplement, food, cosmetic or veterinary preparation.
- Resale or relabelling for any of those purposes.
- Requests for dosing, reconstitution for administration, injection, cycling, treatment or expected personal outcomes.
Customer declaration
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over; the order is solely for lawful in-vitro research; you have the competence and facilities needed to handle the materials; and you will not use, resell or transfer them for a prohibited purpose.
Order review and refusal
Auren does not answer human-use, dosing, administration or treatment questions. We may decline an enquiry, hold an order for review, cancel an order, restrict an account or refuse future supply where information or conduct suggests prohibited use. Any payment taken for a cancelled, undispatched order will be refunded.
Product records and claims
Auren publishes only factual identifiers, supplied quantities, availability and batch-document status. A batch result is presented only when a verified document for that exact lot is available. “Testing underway”, “pending” or a blank report field must not be interpreted as a purity or identity claim.
